Credit card feeds

  • JSYK, I was using Capital One with didn't work with Yodlee so I switched our company to Chase as Chase worked with Yodlee at my last company but alas since then yodlee broke the link that allows you to have multiple cards so my end users can put in their own receipts. In the end I was just informed from Blackbaud that my credit card site needs to change their way for yodlee to work. Which is insane for Blackbaud to think that I can get Chase to change their website for me and the feed. Just so frustrated. I have 10 cards out and am holding back another 20 as I have to do everything myself. It's very irritating that this program DID work. I used it successfully with Chase for years at my previous school. Blackbaud should either put a foot down with Yodlee and have them fix it or find a new processor that will make it work for the clients. It's ridiculous for anyone to thing that we can change a big banks website to make it accessible for yodlee.

  • @edleiter 250!! Wow!! I'm curious as to how you handle that many credit cards right now. We have over 60 cards, most of them under one parent account. I'm having doubts that we'll be able to get the credit card feed to work with FE NXT, so I'm trying to figure out what our best options are. Right now, I currently enter each transaction manually and it's quite the process!! Any suggestions would be so helpful!!

Did you ever find a good alternative? I'm going through this situation as well!

  • @Salma Barreto Yodlee did end up have a major update but we have been sitting for over 2 months with being unable to add new credit cards. So I have 39 cards that work just fine and 2 cards that I cannot get into the system. Engineering has been working on this for a long time and it's very frustrating that there hasn't been a resolution at this point. These 2 employees I process manually through the system at this time.
