Product update confirmation emails?

Hey y'all - I signed up (I think…?) for the K-12 product update on 4/30 but never got a confirmation email. Did anyone else sign up and get a confirmation? I asked our IT folks, thinking the confirmation may have been caught in our spam filter, but there was nothing there, so I'm a little stumped because BB is usually good about sending registration confirmations.

    I also remember signing up but didn't get any sort of registration confirmation. I just tried registering again but still haven't received anything. I also checked our domain's quarantine just to be sure.

  • @Brian LeBlanc - I registered for one on 4/9 and didn't get a confirmation either. I just registered again and it let me, but still haven't gotten a confirmation again.

    @Brian LeBlanc We are looking into this and hope to have the issue fixed soon. Once it is resolved I will follow up with those on this thread that are not getting confirmations to ensure you have what is needed for the upcoming event.

    @Brian LeBlanc the team thinks they have resolved the issue - you should have received your confirmation emails but please let me know if you still are not seeing those.

  • @Brian LeBlanc I thought it was just me. And I didn't really figure out who to talk to about it. I got the confirmations for everything but for K12. Finally got it last week when I was on spring break.
