Account Descriptions not Appearing in Trial Balance

I am trying to generate a new Trial Balance Report in NXT but can't get the Account Descriptions to display. This was not an issue in Database View. Can anyone help?

    My guess would be that the description is not the same for all of the “stings” for each account code, so the system leaves it blank.

    That's actually supposed to be happening. It was broken in DB view and showed but shouldn't. This KB explains it a bit more :
