FE NXT Treasury menu

My Treasury dropdown screen are blank in FE NXT. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    It could be a security update. Banks gets pulled with some of the later updates for Treasury , from the normal security group / role and you have to be assigned to a special Record Security Bank group. I'd check with one of your admin's if they go to control panel and see Record Security in the drop down. If so they may need to make a bank security group and mark which banks a group can see or make edits. Then they need to go to the 2nd tab on that screen and choose the users to assign to the bank. I had another client where they got converted overnight and their AP person lost access. We did this and they had access back immediately .

  • @John Blasi Same here. All users (including solutions admins) but I have access as an Organizational Admin. Blackbaud appears to be stumped, based on the chat I have open.

    I had to create a Bank Security Group under the Control Panel / Record Security and then assign the users to the group under the user security tab on the same screen. Everyone now has access.

    Can you show how to you get to the Record Security Bank group? I don't see anything like this in my Control Panel.

  • @Sylvia Cook From NXT, go to Control Panel > Record Security. When the page opens, you'll see two tabs: Bank Security groups and user security.

  • @Sue Brock Thanks for posting. I just did what you suggested and my team can access bank accounts again. Thank you to the group (Blackbaud Support didn't even think of this!)

  • @Sue Brock Hi, my organizational admin can not create a bank security group, she does not see record security under control panel. Is there something we are missing.

  • @Kevin Brazell I too am an Admin but cannot see “Record Security” nor any of our bank/CC accounts as of today.

  • @John Blasi Glad to know that I am not the only one experiencing this. I just noticed this morning. But from your post, seems to have been an issue yesterday as well. Have you had any luck with a resolution?

  • I couldn't get through to support yesterday, but I did today. What I found out is we are still waiting on the record security update and that it why I could not see it. In the meantime I had to go into shared components in database view on the group role turn off the edit/view access on one bank account, save it, and then go back in and turn it back on. That updated the ability to see the accounts in NXT.

    No, am I am not fully converted. Feeling like the overlooked middle child. Seems like several others are further converted. No AR, no PO and no Record Security.

  • @Kevin Brazell-just a bit of feedback that maybe you can share with your team. It would be great if blackbaud could alert their user's about things like this. We do use the Blackbaud Status website, but email notifications about degradation or outages would be super helpful.
