Who can I connect with to see if someone's rights were transferred to me?

what rights are you talking about?do you mean someone in your org created power automate flows and you want rights to these flows?

Hi Alex, Caitlyn in our company usually had the rights and she said she transferred the rights to me. But I can't get my add-in's to work.0 -

@Alex Wong Yes she had workflows but now I can't access them. She thought she could transfer them to me but I don't have them. Do you guys have any backup?

you will have to be more specific when you say “she had workflows” and “add-ins”, as well as what is not working (what was working?)if we are specifically talking about a “flow”, she can “share” a flow with you, which if you go to https://make.powerautomate.com/ and click on My flows > Shared with me, you will see any flow that she shared with you.
You should also ask if she created the flow in the “default” environment, or another environment she created, if another environment, she will need to give you access to the environment too.
As for the “add-in”, that's a developer.blackbaud.com “thing”, which you need to create a developer account. She can “add” you as contributor to the developer application so you can “see and work” on it. it isn't something that can be “transferred"

How can I get hers. I don't show anything under me. It says no flows. Is there someone at blackbaud that could look to see if they can see what she had and attach it to me?0 -

Blackbaud isn't gonna of much help here, at least I don't think so.If she did not do what need to be done to “share/add" you to the flow/application, and given she no longer works for the company, the only one that can help you is your IT team. They will have to give you access to login to her account to share the flow with you, and to add you to the develoepr account application
