We are using an older version of Excel & do not have the capability to use Edge for the Blackbaud Add-In, is there a work around?

    Currently for webview , no. Your only recourse unless we get full import options for webview will be to rely on the database view import. But that's going to go away this year. If possible, I would use this as a business reason for your IT to update the office used. Also make sure if they do update you it's a really recent version as there are other versions that will no longer work as Microsoft retire IE and they use taht for their add in back end browser. Those no longer work and only the most recent versions that use their new browser Edge will work.
