Blackbaud Third Party Data sharing policy

Is there a statement in Blackbaud's policies that speaks of what they share with third-parties? Seeing the PUB's, I'm concerned about how they use AI through Microsoft Azure/Copilot and where that data goes.

According to Microsoft's FAQ (bold added by me):

How does Copilot use my data?

Each service or feature uses Copilot based on the data that you provide or set up for Copilot to process.

Your prompts (inputs) and Copilot's responses (outputs or results):

Are NOT available to other customers.

Are NOT used to train or improve any third-party products or services (such as OpenAI models).

Are NOT used to train or improve Microsoft AI models, unless your tenant admin opts in to sharing data with us.

Hi Lee! Great question. Regarding Copilot and similar Generative AI features at Blackbaud your inputs and data belong to you, will not be used for model training by Blackbaud or our partners such as Microsoft, and will not be used as an input for another customer's experience.

Now to be clear if in an experience like Copilot you choose to give feedback (something like clicking a “Thumbs Up” or “Thumbs Down” after a response), your feedback will be collected and analyzed by humans as a potential input to future iterations of our experiences.

I hope this helps answer your concerns!
