We use the premium version of letterbox which allows us to send ereceipts straight from NXT. This morning I tried to send receipts this way and it said “This is a premium feature”.

Anyone experiencing this at the moment?

    @Em Siemonek Thanks so much for flagging this. We released a scheduled update on Friday, which had an unexpected impact on the email button on the gift and constituent tiles. We rolled out a fix this morning, and this is now fully functional again.
