Hi,

I'm new to Blackbaud Raiser Edge, i would like to try on the Export and Import data from Blackbaud. I've installed Citrix workspace in my machine and i hit the following error when i click on launch.ica. Kindly advise what is this error about and how to resolve it?

    @Su Fang Lim if you are still having a problem, I would reach out to chat support for this issue.

    When logged in to webview, click the question mark in the upper right corner. At the bottom of the flyout window, you'll see “chat” as an option.
