We utilize mail chimp to send out a quarterly newsletter, events coming up, etc. Do you show this in their RE record that these emails were sent? If so, actions, attributes, appeals?

Any information would be beneficial.

    @Adam Eggert We use MailChimp to send invitations and some of this information. We were moving the information to RE as an action, but we found this to be quite problematic as we were creating a lot of clutter in the actions tile. We rectified this issue by creating a new tile via the MailChimp API with this information. There is some information on how to create this tile in the SKY community.

    @Adam Eggert When I worked at Zeidman and supported Chimpegration, most users either added these as Actions or Appeals. I could recommend either depending upon if your newsletter is seen as an appeal (or way to generate donations) or not. I do not recommend Attributes for this as that will quickly become useless clutter (even more so than Actions or Appeals in my opinion).
