GPA missing Credits from AP course

We've noticed that all of our AP Courses are missing credits in the weighted GPA calculations for S2 only. We have checked all the proper setup for Grade Plan, courses for APs and can't find the problem. When checking student's performance tab then click on the weighted GPA…it shows AP S1 credits included but non S2. Other non AP course show both semesters. I put a support ticket in but sometimes they take forever and I end up finding the solution before they do. Any ideas?

    @Elaine Pettit - Elaine, I have run into this behavior a few times - grades are posted but credit is not. Support explained it to me as the system being “stuck" - not all that reassuring but that is what I was told. The remedy is to go into the grade plan for the grades that are an issue, change the T or F setting to blank, SAVE, then change it back, and SAVE. I actually change the F to a T, SAVE, change the T to blank, SAVE, then change it back to an F and SAVE. The credits miraculous appear. Hope that works for you.
