Power BI email data

Hello,

Does anyone currently use power BI to report on their email data from Online Express and/ or NXT? I'd like to but I'm not sure where to start.

    @Austen Brown Hi Austen, so firstly I was thinking the stats e.g click rates, bounces, opens etc then something a little more targeted and detailed like the record data of the supporters who open the emails e.g age, gender, location. This would help to build a profile of who is interacting with us and we can target messaging to suit them.

    the data you want to have is not obtainable from Online Express as data that you can “import” into Power BI to create custom report/dashboard from.

    I also do not believe it is available on RE NXT Email neither.

    I do not use Online Express nor RE NXT Email. I use Luminate Online and uses the reporting tool that's available on LO directly

    @Francesca Taylor - OLX email response data, once downloaded, is recorded in a constituent appeal, one per email. Although, at this point I don't recommend OLX unless you're already using it as this area is set to be sunset in a couple years.

    For NXT, email response data is view only - not exportable unless you do a tremendous amount of work around.
