RE-issue a contract after it's bben returned

We have a student who was issued a contract for Kindergarten for the 24-25 school year. The parents signed the contract and paye a deposit. Now, the director of lower school and the parents have decided that the student should repeat Pre-K. We have gone into Smart Tuition and adjusted the billing etc.. to reflect the new tuition amount. We have updated enrollment records that the student is repeating Pre-K. So, when we run our contract lists reports the student shows up as Pre-k - which is what we want. Tuition Management has her grade and tuition as Pre-K. So, the systems are fine. The problem is the contract that is on file for the 24-25 school year says Kindergarten. Is there anyway to issue a new contract with Pre-K and the correct tuition amount for the parents. If not, have you had this problem and how did you handle. it. Thanks for your insight
