EFT file error

Our AP just tried to create the EFT file for bank upload and received the following as the EFT file: {"content":null,"status":"Error","errorSummary":"Failed to get eft file","errors":["Failed to get EFT file data: The specified process did not complete successfully. The results cannot be retrieved."]}

Has anyone seen this before? Does she need to void the EFT payments and do it again? Is there something set up wrong (she has been doing this for a while, so not sure how/what would have changed)? Was this operator error? Is this an NXT issue?

    If the actual NACHA file was not created and downloaded so she can upload it, then I would say the EFT payments need to be voided, so she can attempt the EFT Run again. If the error persists, then I would loop in Support.

    You can also create a NACHA file for your bank upload so you do not have to void all the payments. Your bank should be able to help or you could adjust an old one. It may be a little time consuming however less messy.
