Is this type of report possible?

I would like a report that has the months across the top, GL down the side showing a line with the budgeted amount and a line with the actual amount. Something like this. Is this possible?

  @Sylvia Cook You could do something very similar in standard reports (see below), but budget and actual needs to be a column versus a row.
