NXT Email Performance Statistics are wonky

Hi! We are new-ish to NXT and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this wonky issue.

We sent an email to about 23,000 donors a with a link to donate through NXT Emails. It's been about 2.5 weeks now and we are reviewing the results. In the Email Performance statistics it shows that the email generated 100 transactions at $9,000. But when you click to create a list of those transactions, it's actually only 50 at about $4,500.

I'm at a loss for why it would be calculating the results so incorrectly. I process all incoming gifts and I even pulled a query and we only had 50 donations come in through that form.

Any ideas, friends? Is this just a weird techy fluke?

@Laura Berube - Recommend you reach out to support for this, if you haven't already.

  • @Laura Berube I wouldn't imagine that being all that uncommon. Every email we send seems to have some issues with some aspect of the reporting in NXT. That's not even mentioning the “Email History” tile and the messiness of that. I am hoping this will be on the roadmap sooner rather than later as it is what we mainly use for in house emailing of constituents.

I haven't been able to find an accurate description of how they validate their information and why sometimes the reporting is broken.
