Create a Constituent Action

I am trying to create a constituent action in one of my flows and it fails at that action.

Error Details: [{"message":"Fundraiser ID does not represent a valid fundraiser.","error_name":"ConstituentBusinessLogicIdentifierIsNotSolicitor","error_code":50014,"raw_message":"Fundraiser ID does not represent a valid fundraiser."}]

Ideally we would like the person who does the data entry on this adaptive card to be the fundraiser.

Any suggestions?

    the error message suggested that either you did not provide the correct constituent system record id or what was provided isn't marked as a fundraiser.

    fundraisers has to be an array as well, so even if it is ONE fundraiser, it should be enclosed in []
