Task and Page won't show

I've set up a new task, linked to a page. But it won't show on the Functional area page even though it's the same as others previously set up.
I can see the page using the Test Page function, but can't get it to show.
Help!

    @Liz Hackett Are you trying to add it to the Events, Prospects or Membership Functional Areas? While all of those are Functional Areas, when viewing the Functional Area in BBCRM you are actually viewing a Page instead of a Functional Area.

    If you look at the Functional Area in Design Mode and have these options at the top (sorry it's blurry):

    This is a sign the Functional Area is actually displaying as a Page, and you just need to link the Task to this Page instead.

    If that doesn't work, can you share the properties and details of the Task you are trying to add?

    Oh my gosh, thank you so much! It is the Prospect area.
    I did figure it out, I hadn't added the Action group (or whatever it was called) and got it to work. But thanks for the advice !
