    Hi Arturo! I am sorry that you are having issues accessing Citrix. I do not see any posts/cases logged about this, so I do not believe this is an FE-wide issue. I would recommend reaching out to BB support to help resolve.

  • @Arturo Sayco it was system wide. our support had us terminate the session and then everything worked.
