Applications Tab No Longer Available?

I did submit a case regarding this, but wondering if anyone else's experience changed as it relates to viewing pending online applications? My staff no longer has the Applications tab and while I do have the Applications tab, I have options now…pending applications, applications history or request legacy grantee portal password. I don't have any messages telling me about this change.

    @Bobbi Jo Eisenreich It's my understanding that you have a support case regarding this topic opened with the team. I do want to point out for any other Blackbaud Grantmaking customers who may be experiencing the same thing that this is due to provisioning of the new applicant & grantee portal that is currently taking place. There are some situations that may result in a menu change.

  • @Nicole Ragno appreciate the reply. I have been working with Max C. from Support. It would be really helpful if we could be notified when we're getting these things rolled out. Yes, I know we received an email at the end of May that this was rolling out in waves, but to have a bit of a notice that we're in the next wave would certainly be helpful. Thank you.
