Reports specific to Departments

Hi, We are new to Blackbaud and went live July 1st. We are utilizing Expense Management and this is where our Department Heads will go to enter invoices for payment. In our old financial software, the department heads were able to pull reports showing their expenses budget to actual YTD on their own. Is there a way that I can set this up for them to do this in Blackbaud? Right now, their security roles are limited to Expense Management. Would I be able to give them access to Reporting and allow them to create their own reports. Or would I have to create reports for them that they could select. Any help would be appreciated!

    You'd need to give them access to GL and reports at a minimum. That type of report is usually an income statement with columns for each value. Also the budget needs to be in the database for the budget column to work. And if it's in your DB, you can now use Report Scheduler to even have the reports run and emailed to the users if they don't want to pull the reports themselves.
