EFT Payments in Web View

As of last week, we have been unable to process EFT payments in web view. When we click Generate EFT, an error message is received: Error: Code Invalid Code table entry: Check format. KB Article 204427 addresses this specific issue with steps to follow to resave EFT formats. It did not work for us. The Format button was grayed out, so we could not click on it and resave. Under Payment format, it shows “Legacy format”. In the meantime, the article has been updated and the steps to resave are no longer there. Now the article says, “We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. In the meantime, EFTs can be processed in database view.” We have a case and were finally able to process EFT payments through the database. It’s not ideal, since remittance notifications are not emailed, but is better than nothing. Wondering if anyone else is having the same issue and might know more about what is causing this error?

    We had the same problem last week and had to revert to the Database to run our EFT payments, which is not ideal because they look awful and you can't email. My IT person was opening up a case with Blackbaud to find out what is happening.

    I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing the same issue. Are you receiving the same error message about the Invalid Code Table Entry: Check format? So far, I haven't received any new updates on our case. If I do, I'll be sure to pass them along. If you find out anything, please let me know.

    Yes I am getting the same message and everything is grayed out so I can't adjust anything on NXT.

    we have been having this issue for several months now. get the same response as you. our Vendors are not happy, as they became used to getting the email notifications. we now have to do those manually to the vendors (takes alot of time).

    Blackbaud told us today this issue should be resolved. And I’m happy to report, it worked! We were able to process EFT’s in web view again. Hopefully, it works for everyone now.

    “I received an update from our internal resources that this issue should now be resolved. Please test this on your end, and let me know if it is working as expected.

    Hi Debbie … thanks for the update and glad it worked for you. We are running our payments so I'm expecting it to work for us as well.

  • @Debbie Arthur we just did a batch of 200 and it doesn't work, we had to void all the payments and redo in the database still.
