New Pending Submissions error?

Hello everyone - as our organization continues to train and transition to the new Manage Forms update, we noticed a new error that prevents us from pulling submissions from the queue. Has anyone encountered a IndividualRequestOrganizationId is missing in the gift-preferences error when attempting to move submissions over? We have all the same fields as the previous legacy forms, but for some reason, we cannot move past this error.

Also worth noting, there isn't a Check Duplicate option in the new Pending Submissions page, so we can't align Organizations properly - would this be the main problem here?

Any thoughts/guidance would be greatly appreciated!
