API Error User is Not Mapped for specified Tenant

I need some Help. I have searched the KBs on Blackbaud and the community. I set up my account in Financial Edge NXT as an Admin Account. I am continuing to get an error that states "Authentication Failed: User is not mapped for specified Tenant" I am unsure what else to check.

    Appreciate the response however we already attempted that. I think through some more investigation. I have found that My Sky Developer Account may been created Incorrectly. Because when I created My application I could not add an environment to it at all. I tested the API within the Blackbaud.com website works great but can't get it to work outside of the website. So I will be calling support in the morning.
