Several of the SKY Add-In examples make requests to https://blackbaudaddinhelloworld.azurewebsites.net but that webapp is giving 403 errors when accessed:

    I don't necessarily need it to work but the linked examples are not working. Just wanted to give Blackbaud a head's up.

    Hey @Lucas Foster, appreciate you providing feedback on our code samples. We stopped running the live version of this particular hello world sample earlier this year, and we thought we cleaned up the references to it. It appears that we had a few places that we missed. We'll take a look. Thanks again!

    Thank you, @Lucas Foster, for reporting these broken URLs! We've updated the affected projects to point to the appropriate add-in URLs when the addin-hello-world application is running locally, on localhost.
