what do you mean by “2nd gift report"?

from a constituent list perspective, you are not going to get a filter that works the way you want.

you “can” output first gift and latest gift, then export it in excel and use excel formula to get those where first gift is not the same as latest gift to get those that has given more than once. not great, but can get what you want.

outside of webview, you can use dbview's query, which can do exactly what you want.

or you can wait for Query on webview, which is in EAP now and hopefully will be publicly available soon.
