School Gmail Authentication with Blackbaud Redirect Error

I hope you are all well.

I am getting a strange redirect error for my Blackbaud integrated app for schools.

The Issue (This may be client/device dependent):

Error 400: redirect_mismatch

Register_uri=https://blackbaudinc.auth0.com/login/callback

flowName=GeneralOAuthFlow

2. This happens when students try to sign into Blackbaud using Google.

3. Instead, if they sign in with their email manually, it works

4. What is interesting, once students do this, if they log out and try to sign in with Google again. The google sign in now works.

Important Note: when the sign in works, the button's description is different, the wording changes. When it doesn't works, the button says the domain of the email address (@schooldomain.org) . When it does work, the button will read the name of the school.

What we have tried:

1. Turned off privacy mode on phone
2. Signed out of google accounts on browser
3. Cleared browser's cache

Not really sure what the issue is here. This may be device dependent as well as I am not getting this error on the simulator on my laptop, but with the same email address, I get this error on the iPhone.

Does anyone have any thoughts ? And help would be greatly appreciated.
