Add Appeal for the Constituent through api

How we can add Appeals under Constituent through APIs? and also we were not able to add or open appeal from the RENXT portal.

Yes, you cannot create new appeal in webview, nor edit it. You can only update/add/delete appeal attribute (custom fields) in the appeal page on webview, which is not hard, but not easy to get to.

where ##### is the appeal system record id.

@Alex Wong are you saying there is no way via the API to add an existing appeal (not a new one) to a constituent record. When I use the api you suggested I get a return status of 415 with a message “Unsupported Media Type”. Which is odd as there is no media type or option as part of the json body

the API endpoint i linked allow you to add assigned appeal to constituent record.

if you are having trouble, you will need to provide a little more info on how you are calling the api.
