Add Appeal for the Constituent through api

Add constituent appeal:

Yes, you cannot create new appeal in webview, nor edit it. You can only update/add/delete appeal attribute (custom fields) in the appeal page on webview, which is not hard, but not easy to get to.

where ##### is the appeal system record id.

@Alex Wong are you saying there is no way via the API to add an existing appeal (not a new one) to a constituent record. When I use the api you suggested I get a return status of 415 with a message “Unsupported Media Type”. Which is odd as there is no media type or option as part of the json body
