Is anyone else having difficulty getting through to support? I've been on hold for an hour and half. I need a human for my issue since I couldn't get a resolution via chat.

    I have kept a running total, so far this week I am up to 2 hours and 32 minutes. Never got through. Have been waiting now on this call for 37 minutes. Frustrating to say the least

    Yesterday I waited on hold for an hour and 20 minutes before someone answered.

    That tends to be early/mid day, especially during back to school season. I do find that if I wait until school is out and most people at most schools are gone for the day, I can get through quickly.

    When you do this for a while, you also figure out when your question/issue can be handled by chat, although that is most often a frustrating experience, and if you've got time to wait and a straightforward problem or question that isn't likely to have any ambiguity, a plain support ticket works.
