Automated actions for gifts received

Hello! I recently joined an organization that sends out an exel spreadsheet of gifts received. Relationship managers then scan for their constituent, creates actions and completes them. This seems very inefficient to me. Can actions (thank you calls) be automatically generated as a workflow as gifts are being processed?

    @Alice Frances - Welcome to BB Community Forums! You've got two options:

    • NXT Workflows - this has the ability to pre-emptively add actions to the system based on generic gift metrics or from a constituent list. There are some limits to this feature like, a constituent can only qualify once - meaning you'll need to recreate the workflow periodically.
    • Power Automate - this is an external app, but can connect directly to your RE NXT data. There is a bit of a learning curve involved but it's possible to do it.     In addition to @Austen Brown's advice, here is a flow @Jessie Salpeter built for just that in Power Automate that you could likely just import into your Power Automate instance if you choose to go that route.
