Manage signatures

I'm trying to update the signatures for check signing. In webview, we do not have the signature tab in treasury to update. In Database view, system gives error above which does not allow documents to be shown to upload/download. Anyone have advice on how we can update signatures?

    @Nadine Sadowski, currently, editing the electronic signatures is limited to database view. The error message you're getting is an intended message that is required due to a necessary user policy that has been put in place by Blackbaud Hosting Services related to the file share location on which the signature is located. Typically you are able to click okay and move forward with your task at hand, just in a correct file location. If you are unable to move forward, do please contact support so they can help you get past that.
