Extracurricular groups

in Blackbaud Student Information System™

I created a test extracurricular group and made myself the leader. How can I tell that I'm in the group when I'm looking a the system through the faculty persona? I assumed that I would see a group icon kind of like when a teacher is teaching a class but I don't see one.

    You need to log out then log back in after setting group page access.

    If it's a community group, you will want to be sure that you grant group page access to “Continuous” and/or the 2024-2025 school year, depending on how you set it up. If you've made yourself an owner and have logged out and logged back in, you should see the group from the “Groups” dropdown.

    @Richard Pan If it's an activity, and you're on the roster as the activity leader, you should see it under your Groups tab (when on the Faculty Persona):

    If it's not there, check your Group Page Access under Core > Security > Group Page Access. You'll need to click on the Activities tab and ensure the correct roles have access (with a date)

    That should get the co-curricular offers to display for you.
