Importing a Constituent Attribute

I thought I had imported a constituent attribute list, I did the validation and then imported the list but it doesn't show on the record under Attribute. If anyon who can help please let me know.

    Can try to assist. For your import which boxes did you have checked? Import new records or update existing records? Options - Create new table entries?

    What if any data is new - attribute category, description?

    Also which import option you used (i.e. Constituent? Constituent Attribute?)

    I had the options marked as new records.

    your import file csv will help us understand your situation.

    However, when you import, it should tell you if there was an error, so if there is no error, this makes me wonder about what you said “I did the validation and then imported the list”. You had the validate check box checked, did you make sure you uncheck that checkbox and click the import button again (2nd time) to actually do the import?
