Add and Edit Funds in NXT - new functionality

The option to Add/Edit/Delete Funds was added to NXT yesterday in Australia. This sits under the Fundraising menu. Does anyone know how to restrict Security Roles so that the average user cant see this option? The capacity to switch this on/off isn't appearing in Security Roles. (I just started a Chat with a BB Consultant who didn't understand what I was talking about and told me how to switch off the Funds Analyze report instead!) If any user who has access to the Fundraising menu (eg; Gift data-entry staff) can also Add/Edit/Delete Funds then we could end up with a terrible mess!

    did you check with your user (that normally cannot add/edit/delete fund in dbview) and see if they have the option to do this on webview?

    @Alex Wong the users have View Only access to Funds in RE7 database view. However they have Add/Edit/Delete access to the new Funds in NXT webview - with no option in webview Security Roles to limit webview access. BB Support are looking into this now. Thanks for your reply.

    It looks like they have this fixed now. I just had a user with view-only access test it for me, and they weren't able to add/edit/delete.

    @Devan Caton thanks. Blackbaud have ‘raised a defect’ about this issue. Now, if I change User access in database view to not be able to see any Funds at all, those Users can still see the Funds menu entry in webview, under Fundraising, but with just with a blank screen. I will let you know when Blackbaud reply to me again.
