Hi All! Does anyone know of a way to have a report emailed? We're looking to have a list of gifts for select fundraisers emailed to them on a daily basis with the previous day's gifts. Any guidance is greatly appreciated!

    While there is nothing native to RE that will do this, you could use a Power Automate flow like the one discussed here.

    You could always pay to get the RE Queue module. It allows you to schedule reports to be delivered via email. However, it costs $ and is often very glitchy. I wouldn't really recommend it. I would use this as an opportunity to show those fundraisers the wonder of Lists in the web view. You can build (or show them how to build) a list of gifts where the gift date added = yesterday for their clients. You can then also show them how easy it is to sort that list (to see the biggest donors), filter the list (maybe to a specific fund), and to click right into a constituent's record in order to call or email them.

    @Sarah Trudeau I second @Devan Caton on not highly recommending Queue. Very glitchy. Have had issues with reports not running especially since switch to Azure host. Seemed to have issue with dev officers not getting the email due to our system.

    I set up a web view report for each dev officer showing the recent gifts in their portfolio and a general one. (I don't think most even use it.) Will be the first Power Automate flow I learn next week!

    @Sarah Trudeau the fastest way to accomplish this is to set up a List for them in webview. You could also set up Work Centers for the select few who need to access this.

    I know they want to receive it via email, but I would have security concerns about using email to deliver details about your donors and their giving. They can log in to webview quite easily and I don't think that is asking too much.

    @Sarah Trudeau I agree that Queue has issues with sending emails. We do not use the email function. Our Queues have been running consistently and my IT set up an SFTP process to upload the files to our vendors. We just have to make sure the Blackbaud password is updated when it expires/resets. I wonder if an SFTP process could be changed to email reports.

    @Sarah Trudeau Do you have NXT? I have reports emailed daily to fundraisers from the fundraising / reporting tab.
