Pledge Reporting in Report Builder (Insights) Can't see Soft Credits

Hi

I'm trying to build a pledge burndown report using insights in report builder.

I'm using the Committed and received gift fields. The received field does not include soft credits which means i can't reproduct the true balance of the Pledge (Which you can see in the workbench gift view).

Does anyone know how i can create a pledge report in report builder showing the pledge actual balance ?

    Hi Crytal, I haven't found a solution but I might be just missing something. I'm new to RE and NXT view. I'm looking to create a report in NXT which will give me a list of constituents with active pledges, their pledge amount and their pledge balance. which seems simple enough but when using the Inisghts reporting tool the pledge balance field doesn't add the soft credits and this is relly important as most of our corporate pledges would be made up of soft credits. I can see the correct pledge balance when I'm in the actual constituent, gift record but don't know how to produce this in a report.

    In short, i'm trying t creat a report that looks at pledge Installment and pledge balance by fundraiser. I can create this in a the list function in NXT, but i want to be able to create in a Dashboard for team managers to manager their fundraisers.
