Looking to GET Final Grades (Missing School API Feature)

Hello all,

I've been hoping to create an app that pulls final (semester) grades from our database. This would ideally involve specifying the student's ID number, class name, semester, and year. I'm sure you can imagine the usefulness of exporting this data to a spreadsheet. Unfortunately, the ability to GET semester grades seems to be missing. I've seen a few other developers ask about this in the past, without receiving any direction. There's a post from 2021 specifically where a Blackbaud employee hinted at this functionality being implemented “soon.” Does anyone have an update or workaround? Thanks so much!

    @Austin Doucette there isn't an API for it yet. I created an advanced list and then used the Get List API to call the report and pull the data down. We're hoping an API is built soon but until then, this is the best solution I found. @Stephen Boyle, is this on the list of future releases?

    Thanks for giving a clear answer on this. I also need to be able to get grades and would like to do so without having to rely on an advanced list. Is there somewhere we can vote on api feature requests?

    Try looking at this idea K12OB-I-2910. I can never seem to get a login to work (and I'm not sure why it's not my other BBID login). Support usually recommends to post ideas and that's how new features work, but I haven't seen much traction on it.
