Short-term enrollment

We have a former family visiting from overseas and they would like to enroll their kindergarten student in her old class for the two weeks they're here. Does anyone have any experience with such a request? I'm wondering what the best practice is for something like this. We want to generate a non-integrated contract so it doesn't go through Tuition Management (they're going to pay up front), but I'm not sure what to do procedurally. Should I make her a candidate? Re-enroll her first? Do nothing and pretend she's not here? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

@Jim Krantz - In the past, we have had small groups of visiting students (with a teacher/chaperone) on campus for a couple of weeks. They were not paid students - they were guests. I manually created records in Core so that they could be assigned to classes.

The other factor to consider is: what do you have to do to get the student onto rosters for accountability during a crisis, afternoon pick-up, etc. (We use Ruvna Accountability for roll-taking during emergencies. The student roster in Ruvna is read from Core.)
