FE NXT General Ledger reporting not operational or very slow at best

We are having a very difficult time trying to run Income Statements in NXT. Contacted support, but no resolution yet. Is anyone having similar issues?

    No, we have not received a call or any resolution. I am still unable to run income statements or edit the parameters of reports.

    We are able to run reports, but it is painfully slow. Like most things in NXT. It can take 30 seconds or more for something simple, like create a new invoice or a cash receipt. It is unacceptable.

    Thank you for sharing. We are being told that we are the only client having this issue. I am glad to hear someone else is experiencing the slowness. It took me 2 hours to run an income statement yesterday. (It was after hours, when no one else should have been in our data.)

    We are experiencing the same issue, painfully slow reporting. This has been ongoing since last spring when we started running reports in FE NXT. I have had to run financial statement reports and then find something else to do as some of the reports have taken 15 minutes plus to run. Such a pain if I find something that needs to be reformatted or changed.
