How do you create a newsletter sign up form for RE NXT?

is there a way to get a URL vs. code that has to be embedded?

@Gina Grappone - The only sign-up form available is through OLX. You can create it by going to DBV > Online Express. It will give you code to embed in a website.

Otherwise, this will be something you'll need to create yourself through an online census form; there is a potential that you could build a workflow in Power Automate to bring that data into your system in real-time.

  • @Austen Brown Is there an option to have notifications emails go out when a new sign up happens via the embedded form?

@Gina Grappone - Unfortunately, no. It's an area you'll have to periodically check back in on, to see if there is information to download into RE.

  • @Austen Brown Hi! I'm checking back in on this. Is the email sign-up form still only through OLX or is there an email sign-up form available through NXT (that could trigger a workflow plan)?

@Eleni Grove - Welcome to BB community forums! Unfortunately, OLX is still the only native option.

  • @Austen Brown Thank you for this information! Is this in the pipeline for NXT next steps? And if so, how far in the future? 3 mo vs 6 mo, etc? We're trying to determine our next steps in adjusting our marketing email strategies and this information would be really helpful. Thank you!

@Eleni Grove - I recommend you attend the Product Update Briefings - November 12-15. They'll have the most up-to-date information for the various developments in Web View. I haven't heard anything recently about an email sign-up form, but that doesn't mean it isn't something they're working on. Those webinars are also a great place to pose questions directly to the product managers.
