running reports problem

Anyone else unable to run reports today? Blackbaud maintenance status shows everything operational but we can't do much in FE NXT. I've got a case going. Tried a hard reload with no success.

    Since Tuesday, our entire organization can only run one report at at time. It used to be each user could run a report concurrently with other users. Now the entire organization has to wait for each users' report to finish before the next one starts.

    Customer service provided a solution that worked at least once.

    Please follow the troubleshooting steps and let me know if issue still persist: Written steps: In Chrome or Edge a. Press F12 to open the developer console. b. Right-click and hold down the mouse button over the refresh button (next to the URL bar). c. Select “Empty cache and hard reload” In Firefox: 1. Click the menu button and select Settings. 2. Select the Privacy & Security panel. 3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data…. 4. Remove the checkmark in front of Cookies and Site Data. 5. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.

    (I will add that I would also try opening FE in Incognito Mode and seeing if that works.)
