For some reason, at the start of NXT back in 2017? I feel like there was a pitch for the NXT that there was a mobile version of the product and we could give limited access to employee's with a set of invoice options. So when they had a service done, made a purchase, whatever. They could hop on that app, take a photo of their receipt or the invoice and start an invoice in the system, that would then kick to the designated person on the other side, to approve the transaction, which would then create the invoice for payment or record the credit card transaction.

Was that a thing or am I remembering something incorrectly? We have a lot of credit card holders that are all at other site locations and we want to have a way that they can quickly send us a photo of their receipts or invoices so that we can reocrd them while we wait for the paper documents to come our way. And also, so that we have a digital copy of the transaction attached in NXT.

    @Ashley Meneley there is no app required. Because NXT is web based, they just need to login as they would on their computer.

    @Ashley Meneley, FENXT is mobile and tablet responsive, so they can log in on their phones to do exactly what you're talking about. What you get into specifics about, with the limited rights, is for Expense Management, and the user would need to be set up as a non-financial user. This means they would only have rights to see Expense Management when they log into FENXT using the normal URL. This would give them the ability to submit invoice requests and/or log credit card feed transactions and yes, includes the options to attach receipts for these submissions to go through the approval process.
