in Blackbaud Student Information System™

I'm looking at the SSO instructions and I find that the directions blackbaud is very different than the interface. When Blackbaud describes a particular area, they are not accurate with their descriptions. Has anyone else seen this issue and are you just sort of fumbling through the SSO change??

    @Richard Pan I had the same issue when setting up our SSO for education management. I ended up going to blackbaud.com to login, going to security, applications and then scrolling down to authentication settings to resolve.

    @Richard Pan Yes, sadly the directions are technically correct but continuously refer to different sites/screens as if they're all the same. It become unclear if you're supposed to be on BB, Google, or both, and which screen is which.
