Would like feedback on importing a group of invoices using a CSV template in FENXT…..including invoices with multiple distribution accounts

    @Marie Scheurich Hi Marie! There are templates in the article below. When importing comes into webview, these templates may change a bit but we will update our documentation if so.

    Hi Blake,

    That Knowledgebase article was about importing Journal Entries — and we have implemented that. What I need to know is how to import invoices into Payables, and specifically invoices that have multiple distributions. Having difficulty making the templates in FENXT for importing invoices with multiple distributions to work.

    I imported a “test” invoice into Blackbaud, using the Excel template in webview. The system said the invoice was imported successfully. However, the invoice is nowhere to be found. Should I have done the import in the database view, even though the webview had the option to import invoices? Just wondering what happened?

    @Marie Scheurich Hi Marie! I am guessing you were part of the Limited Availability rollout for import - that isn't 100% fully functional yet. I would recommend using the database view until that's been updated further
