(Beta) Roster Endpoints.

Hey BB team, I know things are under review with those new Roster Endpoints. Overall, I like the consistency of the output and the filtering. 2 questions/suggestions:

Having an option NOT to return the actual roster, but the list of sections would be nice (if it speeds up response time) sometimes we just need a list of the sections, not the folks in them.

It seems like you could maybe just make this ONE endpoint with an Offering Type filter? But it's ok as it too.

What actually changes the LAST MODIFIED value? I haven't been able to get that DATE to change (on the activities roster anyway). The date filter filtering works, but I've tried adding/removing people and doing everything I can to an activity group section to no avail. Is there a delay?

Ideally, the LAST MODIFIED would be tied to roster changes the docs say “Limits rosters returned to sections that were modified” but that's a bit vague.
