Default Sets
We are just going to start using Blacbaud Forms and I was wondering how everyone else adds their default sets to new records since there isn't that option in NXT?

@Ang Chappelle I don't think you can set up the default sets in webview in the same way as you can in database view (hopefully that is coming!!).

@Christine Robertson May I ask how you currently add defaults to the accounts for donations that flow through Blackbaud Forms. It seems crazy to have to add them manually on the back end. Thanks so much!

@Ang Chappelle If you set the giving forms up to add default Appeals, etc., that can help, but I don't have a good answer for you unfortunately. This is why I currently do not encourage any of my clients to use the batch entry in webview for anything other than online gifts and recurring gifts processed automatically.
