New Portal Question: Multiple selections: Geographical Area Served

On the New Portal form, how do I allow for multiple selection? We have a huge drop-down list for Geo Area Served by county. Legacy form allowed me to add the field to the application three times. I don't see that option now. I apologize if this is a duplicate request (i did search).

Multiple selection is still supported.1, On the validation tab you can set the minimum and maximum number of selections allowed.
2. Applicants can then select multiple in the drop down.
