Bank Feeds Transactions
We are using the Bank Feed feature but it is downloading balances and not transactions for one bank. The other banks we have connected work just fine.

Sounds like you're saying you'd like help decoding why this is happening differently... If you haven't already, try checking through the KnowledgeBase at blackbaud.com to see if this is a known issue and they have the solution.
Also, if possible, do a comparison of your behind the scenes setting for a bank that work the way you want it to and the one that doesn't, maybe that will reveal something.0 -
@Brooke Thomas I'm having the same issue with our bank feeds. Were you able to figure out a solution? I've reached out to bb support but I haven't heard anything. It's been 2 months now and they can't figure it out!
