NXT Data Integration API not working

Hey,

I have one user for which we have set Full Access for Extensiblity and that is working perfectly fine with nxt data integration api. But one another user with the same Full access but that user is not able to access nxt data integration api.

    A environment admin will have all permission, so you will want to make sure
