Expense Management

Has anyone else noticed a change on the approvals screen in Expense management? Starting this morning I have to scroll down past all the activity history of an invoice to approve. It's really annoying, scroll, approve, then you have to scroll back up on the next invoice that needs approving, and scroll back down. Very inefficient!

  • @Molly Maher, I also received a complaint this week from my CFO that when approving invoices, she can no longer single-click the back arrow in the browser to go back to the pending list of invoices. It now requires three clicks of that back arrow to be brought back to the initial list. She emailed again this morning complaining. I'm not sure if this a bug or something by design. I haven't opened a support case about it because my experience has been that customer support is often confused by such cases involving the questioning of whether something change don purpose or by accident. Because nothing is “broken” and the ability to approve invoices still works, they often don't see the issue as a problem.

    I'm experiencing the same thing. It seemed to happen when they added the “load more” button at the bottom of the approval list. It's very anoying and takes more time to review everything.
